Join us at a FREE workshop in your area:

  • Learn about the state's Wildlife Action Plan
  • Talk to a biologist familiar with your region and the Wildlife Action Plan
  • Receive advice from biologists about your conservation priorities and how best to implement rare wildlife projects in your region
  • Hear about how funding connects with the Wildlife Action Plan

Who should come?

Any individuals or organizations currently or planning to undertake projects related to wildlife or habitat conservation and/or management within the state of New Jersey, including potential funders. This includes non-profits, government agencies, academia, environmental commissions, etc.

Great benefits for all attendees:

  • Refine your projects to implement goals and objectives of the NJ Wildlife Action Plan and create or restore habitat for rare and imperiled species.
  • Identify potential partnerships and learn what projects are happening in your region.
  • Learn about potential funding opportunities and assistance on how (and perhaps, where) to seek funding for implementation.

Come prepared with a project and we will help you create a better project for rare and imperiled wildlife.

See below for dates of workshops in various parts of the state - all workshops begin at 1:00 p.m. and end by 5:00 p.m.
